DinnerDialogues: Women in the Professional Kitchen

If you were to name a couple of famous chefs, would any of them be women? Societal norms and expectations has initiated a close bond between women and food. Women are often unfairly told that their place is in the kitchen. Despite this, the food and beverage industry is largely dominated by men. Hence, this has led to a lot of media attention being pointed towards male chefs. This project hopes to question and highlight the imbalance of female representation in the culinary industry and food media while also celebrating the work and achievements of women in the industry.
